Barnes Backyard Inflatables reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any rental due to unsafe weather conditions, including but not limited to heavy rain, strong winds, lightning, flooding, or any other circumstances that may pose a risk to our equipment or the safety of our customers and guests.

In the event that Barnes Backyard Inflatables cancels a rental due to weather, the customer will receive a rain check voucher equal to the amount paid. This voucher may be used toward a future rental and is valid for up to one (1) year from the original booking date. Rain check vouchers are non-transferable and must be applied to a new reservation, subject to equipment availability.

The safety of our customers and the protection of our equipment are our top priorities, and we appreciate your understanding and cooperation regarding weather-related cancellations.
